Component mounting

* All components should be installed according to the installation conditions specified by the manufacturer.

* Before assembly, first read the drawings and technical requirements.

* Check whether the product model, component model, specification, quantity, etc. are consistent with the drawing.

* Check the components for damage.

* Must be installed as shown (if one is available).

* The assembly order of components should be viewed from the front of the board, from left to right, from top to bottom.

* The same model should ensure assembly consistency.

The height of the centerline of the components on the panel and door panel should comply with the regulations.

* Assembled products should meet the following conditions:

? Easy to operate

When the components are operated, they should not be hindered by space and should not touch the live body.

? Easy to repair

It is easier to replace components and repair wiring.

? Ensure the installation distance of the primary and secondary lines.

1) The fasteners and metal parts used in the assembly should have a protective layer, and the screw holes, burrs and sharp edges on the surface should be polished and smoothed before applying conductive paste.

2) For the fastening of bolts, appropriate tools should be selected, the protective layer of fasteners should not be damaged, and the corresponding torque should be paid attention to.

3) For the installation of heating elements (such as tube resistors, heat sinks, etc.), their heat dissipation should be considered, and the installation distance should comply with the component regulations. Tubular resistors with a power rating of 75W and above should be mounted horizontally and not vertically on the ground.

4) All electrical components and accessories should be fixed and installed on the bracket or base plate, and should not be suspended on the electrical appliances and wires.

5) The label should be complete, clear and firm. The label sticking position should be clear and conspicuous.

6) The components installed on the panel and door panel, their designations should be pasted under the components on the panel and the back of the door panel, and can be pasted on the left when there is no position below, but the pasting position is as consistent as possible.

7) Continuity of protective earthing

? Protective earthing continuity is ensured by efficient wiring.

? When any two metal parts in the cabinet are connected by screws, if there is an insulation layer, the grounding washer of the corresponding specification should be used, and attention should be paid to the tooth surface of the washer to contact the surface of the part (at the red circle), or destroy the insulation layer.

8) Tighten the bolts reserved for customer wiring on the busbar and components. (Prevent shaking, loosening, and falling off during transportation)
