5) Observe the live display and make sure that the external power supply has been sent to the cabinet. 6) Close the transfer switch to make the circuit breaker close and send power, at the same time the red closing indicator on the instrument door is on, the green opening indicator is off, check other related signals, everything is normal, and the power transmission is successful. 4. The operating procedures of the standby power cabinet are the same as those of the main power cabinet

5. Three steps of metering cabinet operation

1) The metering handcart is directly connected with dynamic and static contacts, does not have the ability to break and extinguish, and absolutely cannot be shaken in and out of the metering handcart with load.

2) The metering handcart and the incoming switchgear circuit breaker have electrical and mechanical interlocks, and can only be operated after the main power supply (backup power) circuit breaker is opened, and can only be operated in or out of the metering handcar, and cannot be forcibly operated to avoid damage to the interlocking device. When the metering handcart is forcibly shaken out with load, the main power supply (backup power) circuit breaker will automatically open to avoid personal injury or death.

7. Seven steps of power transmission operation in the outlet cabinet

9. Electrical and mechanical interlocking related content

1) Main power supply and backup power supply
