1. Trip failure

3. The current value is too different

When the controller shows that the current value is too different, it may be that there is a difference between the transformation ratio of the current transformer and the setting data of the controller, or the terminal position of the current transformer and the controller is not firmly tight.

Measures: Check whether the value transformation ratio of the main line of the current transformer and the controller are the same, and reconfigure if there are differences; Or check the lead position of the current transformer for loose problems.

4. The reactor is very noisy  

When the harmonic exceeds the standard or the cabinet strength is not enough, the reactor noise will be too loud.

Measures: Use a suitable gear current clamp to measure the working current on the line where the capacitor is input, and whether the difference is large compared with the rated current. If the current is large, it may be caused by serious harmonic problems. However, if the current is normal, it is a problem in the capacitor cabinet body.

5. The control signal does not operate

When the control signal does not operate, there is no voltage in a certain phase that causes the protection fuse to blow out, or the wiring position of the N line is not firmly tight.

Measures: Check whether the control signal device has reverse connection and other misconnection phenomenon. If the line does not have a loose problem, check whether the line has a phase loss voltage problem at this time, and check it with a multimeter.
